OSASCO TECHNOLOGY LTD is duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992) of the Republic of Ghana. Our company is registered with the Registrar General's Department and operates as a legal business entity within Ghana.

BoG Regulatory Alignment

We are aligned with the Bank of Ghana's directive requiring all digital credit providers to regularise their operations. Effective November 3, 2025, the BoG began accepting applications for Digital Credit Service Provider licensing, with a compliance deadline of June 30, 2026.


OSASCO TECHNOLOGY LTD is actively engaged in the licensing process through the BoG's FinTech and Innovation Office.
